Legal notice: distinction between coaching and prevention
Nature of the offering: The services offered on this website – in particular in the areas of coaching, (psycho-)education, mental self-regulation and “personal training for the mind” – serve exclusively prevention, professional and personal development, stress management and the optimisation of leadership skills.
No medical treatment: All formats and content are aimed at mentally healthy people. They are expressly not psychotherapy, medical treatment, diagnostics or treatment within the meaning of the Austrian Psychotherapy Act (PThG). No mental disorders or illnesses of clinical relevance are treated within the scope of this offering.
Qualification and methodology: The professional title “registered psychotherapist” refers to the provider’s scientific and methodological qualification and well-founded expertise in behaviour therapy. Methods shaped by behaviour therapy are applied in coaching purely preventively and in a solution-oriented way to promote mental fitness.
Contract and billing: A service contract for coaching and consulting is concluded for all services. Billing or reimbursement via statutory or private health insurance is excluded.
