Performance that lasts is a matter of method. Not luck!
Coaching with the depth of behaviour therapy. Sparring that takes your working reality seriously. Eight building blocks that add up to one coherent approach – across the usual boundaries.
Everything that belongs together for lasting performance is kept apart – by remit and by diagnosis – and nobody joins the dots.
- Separated by remit. Each offering covers its own slice: work, mind, body, relaxation or knowledge.
- Separated by the diagnosis. The system usually only steps in once strain has turned into illness.
- No coordination. Anyone using several offerings has to align them on their own. Nothing is brought together.
What belongs together gets worked on together.
Peak performance when it counts · coaching
Delivering when it counts takes total focus – followed by real downtime. Where should your focus be at work? Which environments give you resonance? What’s eating your time, and how do you delegate? The coaching starts with an assessment of your individual strengths and weaknesses and brings together self-leadership, working methods, positioning, communication patterns and your sense of resonance. The results only last if you design your job so that pressure and resonance stay in healthy balance.
Personal training for the mind · coaching grounded in behaviour therapy
We take targeted training for granted when it comes to the body – but the mind needs systematic input, too, to stay steady and focused under pressure. As a registered psychotherapist, I use the insights of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) as personal training for the mind: unhelpful thinking patterns and mental traps are replaced with effective, solution-focused strategies. The result is measurable self-regulation and performance you can sustain day to day – flexible, discreet and evidence-based, online as well.
Managing your resources · systemic coaching
Family, friends, your team: when work gets on top of you, these systems slip out of view – and they’re usually under strain themselves. Understanding, stabilising and shaping them from a systemic perspective is key to lasting stability. Once you understand your role in your environment and set clear boundaries, you also know what you’re doing it all for.
Functional activation · sport & exercise
Physical and emotional pain light up the same areas of the brain, and we’re not very good at reading our body’s signals accurately. During hard exercise we feel pain, yet experience it as positive. Study after study shows that exercise is a powerful stabilising intervention. There’s no one-size-fits-all programme – just an individual approach that fits into your daily life. Side effect: self-esteem.
Personalised relaxation · biofeedback
Heart rate variability (HRV) is currently the best indicator for diagnosing and predicting overload. Most people under pressure don’t connect easily with yoga or meditation – and a period of high tension isn’t the best time to start. Biofeedback makes the effect of relaxation directly measurable, paving the way to relaxation that works for you, including healthy, restorative sleep.
(Psycho-)education
Evidence-based knowledge right where psychology meets modern leadership – from sound burnout prevention to delegation techniques you can use straight away. Science-backed input that strengthens both your mental health and your everyday leadership, distilled to what matters and free of theoretical baggage.
Communication and rhetoric
Without skilful communication, even the best leadership system falls flat – because systems, teams and networks are shaped by the quality of what gets said. This building block gives you the rhetorical and methodological tools to steer complex situations through effective conversation: from taking a clear position in conflicts and keeping a cool head when moderating under pressure, to reaching solid agreements in tough negotiations. You get practical tools for everyday leadership that reduce friction and let you take a clear stance – without theoretical baggage or rhetorical smoke and mirrors.
Salutogenesis · the result
Tension means focus and a higher level of activity. That’s a resource – as long as you know how to handle it. Salutogenesis sees health as a spectrum, and that spectrum doesn’t start at illness. If you know your warning signs and can then regulate yourself, you achieve lasting self-regulation: peak performance when it counts, without tipping into overload.
Three starting points. One approach.
Executives
You’re responsible for people and results, make decisions under uncertainty and can feel the pace and complexity picking up. You want clarity before the engine overheats.
Founders & entrepreneurs
Your company is closely tied to who you are. Roles, conflicts and decisions can’t be delegated. You need sparring with depth, not applause.
People under heavy strain
Sleep, drive, focus or resilience are starting to give. Signs of exhaustion call for a clear change of course. What you get is grounded support that always looks at mental health and professional reality together.
What suits you – and what works for you?
Studies show that writing with an actual pen leads to much better learning.
Working online is flexible and saves time. But that same way of working often plays a part in overload. That’s why the blended approach combines digital and analogue: flexible online sessions, handwritten self-reflection in your own folder, and the option of intensive work on site – as a sprint or a pit stop – surrounded by beautiful nature. You decide what works best for you.
What clients want to know up front.
What qualifications is the work based on?
A legally regulated qualification as a psychotherapist and many years of leadership experience at management and director level. In preventive coaching, this background guarantees the highest methodological standards and a professional, protected setting.
How does the intro call work?
The intro call takes 30 minutes and is free of charge. It’s about getting to know each other: you put your concerns on the table, and you get honest feedback. Then we decide together whether to work together.
What does it cost?
The intro call (30 minutes) is free. Everything else depends on the format and scope and is discussed openly in the intro call. You get a clear proposal up front – no surprises.
How are data protection and confidentiality guaranteed?
As a registered psychotherapist, I’m bound by statutory confidentiality. That covers everything we discuss, including coaching. Booking, video sessions and file sharing all run on a dedicated Nextcloud hosted in Germany.
Which scientific methods do you use?
Evidence-based approaches from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and its modern developments, such as schema therapy, ego state interventions and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). These are complemented by structured self-management approaches and science-based stress management. Systemic business coaching based on the St. Gallen Management Model looks specifically at how person, role and organisation interact. All methods are used with one aim: to strengthen self-regulation, clarity and sustainable performance in everyday work and leadership.
Is coaching covered by health insurance?
No. This is preventive coaching, not clinical treatment of diagnoses under ICD or DSM, so statutory health insurance does not cover it. The service is for private clients and for companies booking coaching for their leaders.
What does “No Sycophancy” mean in practice?
“No Sycophancy” means no people-pleasing advice and no convenient agreement. We work on the basis of honesty, sound methodology and straight talk on equal terms – with deliberate friction that creates real traction and lasting change.
How is this legally distinct from clinical psychotherapy?
The coaching offered here is aimed exclusively at healthy people and focuses on prevention, sustaining performance, leadership and personal development. It is not treatment within the meaning of the Austrian Psychotherapy Act (PThG) and does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders.
Ready for traction?
